I was hesitate about using this company being that I could not talk with a customer service rep. However; my emails were responded to promptly. Also when trying to port a number, I instantly received a response from number barn. However; I did think that the vanity number that I purchased was very expensive. I would definitely recommend this company.

When my father passed away, my elderly mother had to move. She was unable to keep the landline number they had shared for over 50 years. That number was used by all of her friends, doctors and billing. To lose that number at such a crucial juncture would have created a lot of headache and heartache. Fortunately, I found Number Barn and successfully saved the original landline number to forward all calls to her new landline. She has no idea how this works but she and I are very grateful for the save.

NumberBarn works! Just make sure you vet the number you purchase, I had a not so pleasant experience with one number I purchased from them. Apparently the number was still affiliated with a business and I received many unwanted calls daily. Because I paid very little money for the number I just went ahead and bought a new one from NumberBarn and I have not received any calls so far so that one must have been a fluke. Overall I am very satisfied with NumberBarn. The porting process was a breeze, their support is fast. You can write to them with a question and they answer in about 24 hours. I highly recommend!
