There is just no other way to say it. Amanda was just incredible! Once she got a hold of the ticket, she did not let go until everything was resolved. She was extremely attentive and responsive. I never had to wait long for a response. She informed me of what needed to be done, walked me through the procedures, and kept me up-to-date as to what was happening once the transfer process initiated. She is an incredible agent and a credit to your team.

I was hesitant to go with Number Barn since there are several scary reviews, but I've been wanting a 212 area code for years and use Straight Talk and thought for sure I'd run into some sort of trouble. I researched like crazy but couldn't find any reviews or blogs or anything about Straight Talk (using AT&T and Verizon) working also since 212 is part of the original land area code system I didn't know if it would work right as a mobile. Also, since Number Barn and Straight Talk can have horrible customer service I waited for over a year before finally picking a number and buying it - decided to just gamble and live with any losses as a learning experience. It worked perfectly as advertised! Been using my 212 area code (picked a nice vanity number) with my Straight Talk (first Verizon and then switched to AT&T since their 5G worked better in my area) number for about year with absolutely no strings attached to Number Barn (except for the one-time fee and porting to Straight Talk) - now it functions exactly like any other mobile number I've had - portable to any carrier. Absolutely perfect. Not a single hiccup at any time whatsoever, not even when setting it up which can be touchy with any company. I highly recommend - but be sure to do your research and get all your PINs and codes for successful export - follow all instructions on their and your carrier website (and read third party tech docs to be sure you have it right) - I'm a tech and phone professional but it was easy enough for anyone to do - worked just as they said and how it usually works for any company (except that you can't walk into a brick and mortar store and have a tech sales person do it for you).

I used this service to hold onto a couple of phone numbers. It's a well designed website. Very easy to use.
