These guys are fantastic!!!!! I thought the process was going to be problematic & painful to purchase a number & have it ported to my cell phone for immediate activation. ************** They made it painless! Cade was amazing, he even stayed on the phone with my cell phone provider to ensure the transfer . Where do you experience this ?!… never , right! This was an amazing company I highly recommend!!! One stop shopping . You needn’t go anywhere else! Thank you everyone @ Numberbarn.com for allowing me to acquire my dream number !!!! ❤️❤️❤️

As far as customer service is considered it’s safe to say that Number Barn is at the top of the totem poll! Same day responses, (thru email) techs with a thorough understanding, and simplifying a process of import, be more professional with a start up business IE 1-800-NUM-BARN and many other applications as well. I will be using number in the future!!!
Response from NumberBarnFeb 16, 2023
Yes! We're so glad you got a number that you love, Ray! Thanks for the good word.

i am not tech savvy i was able to select and buy a number from my mailing address area - all this while i am living on the other side of the world - have it activated and have unlimited calls and texts including from my bank - supported by my credit card - and i was able to make and receive texts in just a few hours - - i was / am very satisfied -

I experienced incredible difficulties extricating myself from my previous cell provider while travelling in Latin America. The folks at numberbarn hung in with me, helping me to overcome every hurdle that Chatr put in my way. It took months, and they remained helpful and cheerful the whole time. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. They should give lessons to others!

Hi Alice! Your recommendation means so much to us. Thank you. It was our pleasure to work through this with you.

I don't port numbers often so it's usually not a good experience for me. However! These guys made it seem easy. Maybe it is easy? They made it seem easy. Thank you so much for an enjoyable experience?
