I had a very difficult time getting a phone number because I wanted my old number and contacted NumberBarn. to help me. I finally contacted my old carrier and asked them to release my old number because I could no longer afford their phone line charges since they raised it 150%. It took about an hour and three agents, but they promised my old number would be released in five days so the company I will be getting my phone through will be able to access it in five days. After weeks of trying to get my old number, and NumberBarn's constant search for a similar number, with requests to release my old number, I hoped to retrieve it. NumberBarn gave me the direction I required. I cannot thank them enough for their support and patience with dealing with my situation. There are people who do care and I am blessed that NumberBarn took the time and had the patience to deal with this frustrating problem. In a rush, I accidentally bought the wrong variation of my desired number (wrong area code) which after all the taxes and fees came to almost $700. I had to finish designing my advertising media that night, so I couldn't wait and so I spent that amount AGAIN to secure the proper number. The next day, I told a salesperson at NumberBarn about my foolish mistake. I was told he would look into it but was reasonably sure he could reverse the sale. The next day I had an email confirming that the entire payment for the first number was being reimbursed to my bank account.
