Bought a business Number. Set up number on ATT. Now it identifies as "Spam Risk" Contacted company 3 times, no response. Scam. Don't waste your money

They closed my account without any prior notice Also my email has been banned. There is no other way to contact them! only email! Fortunately I don't have any active service with them but it seems like a high risk company to work with.

It gets like 50% of verification texts, I have lots of problems because many services will not accept their numbers. It’s better than nothing, but I can’t use it to actually call or text real people although I could in the past. I didn’t change anything but the app just stopped working one day and I can only communicate with short non human numbers, none of my texts to real people will send though. I lost over $1500 in an incident related to the number not working as claimed. I’ve already reached out to support but it’s been days and they’ve done nothing, and I’m a week into a trip without a working phone number, and only continue to have further financial consequences because of the non functionality. At this point, i don’t think they’re going to make it right because I’ve lost so much money compared to the cost of the supposed service

WHY CANT I GIVE THEM A ZERO???? No one will help you port a number out. They just deny it over and over and over. DO NOT LET THIS SCAM COMPANY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Lawsuit to follow.

Way too complicated to get the data required for a transfer out of NumberBarn. Even logging into Number is difficult, not recognizing the email nor the password that consistently needed to be changed. It is a very time consuming process to get the approval of a new carrier to accept the number & provide mobile service. NOTE: No phone number for NumberBarn to give live assistance, very poor customer service.

Numberbarn closed my account without warning, deleted everything, and took my money. I had paid for my service and had receipts, but they shut it down just because I didn’t respond to an email within one business day. No explanation, no support, just gone. If you rely on your number for important things, do NOT trust this company. They have no phone support, no real customer service, and no accountability. If I had parked my number elsewhere, it would have been safe. Instead, they took my money and left me with nothing. Avoid at all costs!

My experience with Number Barn has been very frustrating. I've been patient up to this point since the service is cost-effective. The service is buggy, and the support team has ignored multiple requests. The latest issue is that SMS/text messages randomly stopped working for one of my phone numbers. I've submitted multiple help tickets through their support portal, and they've marked my ticket as solved without resolving the issue. Why is my help ticket "solved" if you haven't fixed the bug on my account? If my account works properly for text messages again, I'd happily update this review to a better score. Thanks

We had number barn for a few years with a toll free number forwarding to our other lines. We used it for business as they advertise it as an economical solution for businesses. Our toll free number went down and we only realized after a few days had gone by (we also have a few local numbers and didn't immediately see the error). We reached out to support which took DAYS to respond only to tell us they didn't know and would look into it. Days following that they sent an email to say that yes, it wasn't working and they would fix it. Considering this is for business the support response is abysmal. Had to do a work around and search through the call logs online and retrace our steps to save the inquiries. We also had frequent billing issues where multiple payments were taken. Not reliable, immediately ported our line out.
