The first step is to determine if a stronger strength is required to achieve the proper results. Our Mt Everest XL contains 20mg of Tadalafil, and double the PT-141, so it’s used for more severe cases with on-demand use. Should an increase in dosage not suffice, I encourage you to seek the advice of your primary care physician. There may be an underlying issue that we cannot address via Telemedicine. While 5mg of Tadalafil should be sufficient for most with minor issues, it is normally prescribe as a daily dosed medication. Our Mt Everest XL contains 20mg of Tadalafil, and double the PT-141, so it’s used for more severe cases with on-demand use.
