Cancelled my subscription over a year ago, their support claims I only postponed the subscription and now I am being charged $800. Only email I get a year after cancellation is that my order has been shipped... called their support and they say nothing they can do.

I have been a client of Nu Image since 2023. I have found trusting the process pays off with this company. Using their website is straightforward, for some of the male products bloodwork is required and that is a challenge waiting for the results to come back and meds be successfully prescribed (less than a week in my experiences). But what I have found is they have a genuinely superior product and the prices are reasonable for what they are providing. It’s hard to not appreciate a company that has better product and results compared to others in their field i have tried.

Thank you, John. We're grateful you've been with us since 2023, and we're glad trusting the process has paid off for you. For some treatments, your provider needs bloodwork before prescribing so your plan is safe and right for you, and we're happy the wait has been short and the results worth it. Anytime you need us, we're at [email protected] or 888-520-3438.

I started the semiglutide and lost weight. But then I started putting the weight back on. I contacted them and it took 6-7 days for a reply and it was just them asking questions. After answering the questions it has been 8 days with no reply. I have now put all the weight I lost back on while STILL doing my weekly injections. I paid for a year up front at $99 a month. Maybe that is why the customer service and replies from the doctor are taking so long.... They ALREADY have my money!!!!
