I would be happy to send pics of the original package they claim they never provided. I have it here with their name printed on it and several witnesses that have seen my kits come complete. I hope they aren’t cutting corners on the product they are sending as well. Their response is to deny, deny, deny. Been using this company for many orders and always felt their prices were a little higher. The reason I paid a little more was their packages were so complete. I didn’t have to piecemeal all the stuff to do the hcg diet. The first time I got a nice zip pouch to hold all the stuff including alcohol swabs, instructions and food book. Fast forward... same price and no food book, no instructions, no alcohol swabs. It’s amazing how companies start shrinking what they provide for the same money and then wonder why they can’t keep their customers. Always taking the customer for granted. So sad. When I wrote and ask where the alcohol swabs were, they were stupid enough to say they never provide them. Haha. What a joke.
