As soon as our shipping partner flagged the Hawaii address as undeliverable, we contacted you and offered either a refund or shipment to an alternative address. When Colorado would not arrive in time, we proceeded with the California address you provided. Your order was shipped on February 10, 2026, and tracking details were sent to you the same day. Hi Claire, We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. To clarify the situation, you contacted us on February 5th to request a return, and we responded promptly with instructions in line with our return policy. We provided the return label directly via email to make the process as simple and hassle free as possible. As stated in our policy, a small administrative and return handling fee is deducted to cover processing and operational costs. The return shipping label is issued to the customer and deducted from the refund once the item is received back with us. Your refund was successfully processed on February 19th after the returned item was delivered back to our warehouse and inspected. The timing reflects the transit period required for us to receive the product, not a refusal to refund. We have been in communication throughout the process and can confirm the refund has been completed. If there is anything further you would like to clarify, we remain available and happy to assist.
