I had not received my watch that I had ordered in Dec. I contacted Nuamore and received a reply the next morning and they took care of the problem that day. I was very pleased, and relieved. Now I'm just waiting for my watch to arrive.

Shipping is awful. The tracking is impossible to follow and the package won’t ship out for days despite being “express” shipping. I should have read reviews before ordering .

Paid for 2 watches received one and no communication from the company.
Response from NuamoreMar 3, 2026
Hi Olga, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your order. As requested, we successfully updated your second watch to gold with a black face before shipment, while the first remained gold with emerald. The two watches were shipped separately, which is why you initially received one. The second watch is currently in transit and is expected to arrive this week. We truly apologize if this was not clearly communicated and appreciate your patience. If you need tracking details or any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help. Warm regards, Team Nuamōre💙

The products I bought (2 watches) were even more beautiful than on the pictue. The unboxing experience was also above expectation. As the watches were a gift, it was beautiful to give. Value for money
