The help with selection and product was great I really enjoy the comments and looks of my new GOODRICH KO2s and The AMERICAN RACING polished BAHAs I definetly would recommend NT&W to anyone looking to purchase T/W for their ride

Ordered by phone since the tire/wheel calculator would not work for me online, a big expensive package of tires/wheels and lift kit. Did not get an invoice number. Did not get the order any way related to my online account, so had to write to them to get a copy of the invoice to see if the order was correctly placed. Then had to ask for a tracking number and was told that the tires/wheels were going to be shipped by them, but all the lift kit items were going to be drop shipped from manufacturer. Tires and wheels arrived ok, minus box of lug nuts and locks. There also was 2 new sets of leaf springs delivered without any tracking number. These were all scuffed up with zero packaging material. Looked like slid and ground on concrete. Wrote and was told "just going under truck anyway, would get beat up anyway, paint won't stick as they flex, why bother, could not ship in box or wrapped, no one ever complained". So if you are planning to order a lift kit or basically anything,, expect to be treated as if you don't matter, and your parts don't matter, as long as you're paid in full.

Seem to be a great bunch of people I got what I ordered and the tires arrived in good condition and the price was reasonable so thanks you never know when you order online I think you can rest peaceful ordering from these folks

My only complaint was the first fire we tried to order was discontinued yet it was still on their web page. However- the rep was very helpful and provided good advice to steer us toward a comparable tire and wheel package. The set was delivered as forecasted. The price was very fair. The telephone customer support was also helpful and courteous (and knowledgeable) while we were installing the lift and tires. Strongly recommend them.

Fast shipping. Great customer service. Great price.

The buying experience was excellent from the phone call I made to discuss which wheels and tires I wanted with a very nice gentleman that guided me through fitment and the process of ordering them. Once they came in they noticed one wheel had a blemish from factory they immediately called me and told me what options I had they took 60% off the wheel that was blemished and said they will sell me new one for same price once in stock again. They seem to be a very good customer minded company!

Ordered tires for great price and showed up to my door in a few days. No issues and will be back.
