Justin, I looked at the tracking and it shows that your tires were delivered on 2/3/2026. We shipped them on the day (1/26/2026) that you placed the order. That is 5 business days. That is a little longer than normal, but there were multiple weather deals with all shipping companies due to the weather. Sorry for the inconvenience

Larger, heavier packages often get split up by the carrier (in this case, FedEx) and are delivered on different days. I see that 3 of your tires were delivered on Saturday and the 4th one is out for delivery today, the next business day because of the holiday weekend. We shipped all 4 tires at the same time. Once something leaves our building, we do not have a lot of control over it. Sorry that you didn't get all 4 the same day, but there is nothing that we could have done about it.

Since you didn't use your email or give us an order number, I cannot see which order you are talking about. If we had a delay in shipping the order out, we would have contacted you. Most of our orders get out within 24 hours. If the order is delayed by a shipping company, we can check in to it if you provide your name, order number, or phone number, or better yet, call us at 1-800-847-3287. Unfortunately, once an order leaves this building, we do not have any control of it and this time of the year is when all of the shipping companies get way behind. Sorry for the delay, but give us some information so we can help you out.

We use different balance methods for different wheels. Some wheels have to be balanced statically and some can be done dynamically. Most people do not want weights showing on the outside of the wheel or through the spokes so the majority of our combos are static balanced. We normally don't have much trouble but the steel wheels can be touchy at times.
