Signature required????? something new???
Have done business in past, this order however came FED-X with signature required. Of course I was not home, visiting family out of state. I made arrangements with my neighbor to pick them up for me, but they were not there. I finally received them after I returned home 5 days later, FED-X had put on hold. I had contacted FED-X from the note left on door my neighbor picked up and he called me and informed me of the situation. This is the first time I received signature needed order from them. Maybe policy change?? When go to their website to check on order there is no tracking info, just statement saying it was shipped.

Charles, Unfortunately the world that we live in has changed and leaving expensive merchandise on a porch unsigned for just asking for somebody to steal it. We hate having to do it but I'm sure that you wouldn't want somebody stealing your stuff and end up paying a bunch of money for nothing. The signature is for your protection as well as ours. It is sad that it has come down to this but it has. Tracking numbers are sent as soon as we ship the merchandise. A lot of time, they end up in your junk or spam box. Sorry for the inconvenience.
