Had to get a refund because the website says available for purchase, but they were on backorder for at least 2 months.

Didn't receive lugnuts that was purchased along with the wheels. Took forever for fedex to deliver.

The shipping part was the bad part . No one texted emailed me about progress of order . Till I called looking for it . The guy told me because it just shipped today which was Wednesday then he said it was scheduled for delivery today. Boy that’s fast. So he gave me the tracking number . So I waited at home Wednesday afternoon looking for it but no delivery. Called FedEx to see up a delivery date and time . Set up for Friday at 1 pm . Called to see where it was they had rescheduled it. For Monday after I was waiting on it to show . Had to go pick it up myself at FedEx terminal a hour away. Box all ripped up . Not happy to say the least. Not sure I would recommend national tire and wheel . Shipping is your short fall .

Corporate needs to return to the old way that I contacted my supplier.NTW Ocoee TN. is my supplier and I always liked the convenience of picking up the phone and able to access them quickly if I had a question or wanted to order tires or supplies.Professional.staff talking language i can understand.not somebody three states away that doesn't know me doesn't have a clue what i need and will ultimately lead to me finding another supplier i am comfortable contacting and working with. . Wheels and tires came well packaged and in great condition but when I mounted them the truck had a horrible shake in the rear, come to find out the outer rear wheels were not balanced, still fighting a shake to this day, not happy that’s for sure. The shake is bad starting at 60 and up. I have had these tires before it’s not a aggressive tire shake it’s a balance shake.

Salesman forgot to actually process my order, so I did not receive my parts for almost a month. Update: Understood on your info on where the issue began. *Note* Unfortunately I was not able to use the control arms anyway, they pushed my axle forward about an inch and my tires rubbed on the front fender well and valance when turning. My shirt size is XL. I appreciate the response.

Ordered $2200 worth of tires and wheels, once I got them and went to have them put on, I was informed that they was the wrong lug nuts. Thankfuly the tire shop had a set that would work. I called NTW and they did re inverse me for that cost. Second had to go get tires re balanced cause I had 2 wheel weights come off going down interstate. That was an extra $60. Will go a different route next time

Told me that there was only one way to mount my tire which is actually two sided (Nitto Ridge Grappler) ended up receiving the tires with the side mounted out I did not want. Would not do anything to make it right and told me there was little difference. Sent me the wrong leveling kit for my truck and the return process was a mess. Ended up refunding my account in error and then coming back and charging it again a week later. Very unorganized and did nothing to make their errors right. Would not order from them again.
