Thought I was buying new unused product, instead received an open torn box with someone's instructions for Christmas lights in the headphones case. Headphones worked fine so decided to keep them. Didn't trust them to make a non hassle exchange. I won't buy from them again.

Quick delivery. Product was in great shape (open box purchase). Only problem was wrong charging cable.

I got a terrific price on an open box of Sennheiser headphones. They are in like new condition. When I found that one of two cords were missing, I got a quick reply and replacement.

The laptop either had damage to begin with, or was damaged in transit. Disappointing as it would have been a great deal. It was packed in a pretty good box with a padding bubble, which makes me think it was prior damage. It has a crack in the face above the keyboard, and a small chunk of plastic cane out because of it
