Respond to emails quickly and shipped item quickly

I ordered a weed trimmer from NT that was highly rated on consumer reports. Right away I noticed that the packaging had been opened previously. The battery pack ended up being defective so I called the milanufacturer. The manufacturer is sending me a new battery as a courtesy as the weed trimmer is out of warranty (NT is not an authorized dealer of Ryobi products).

Once info was given, the item arrives within two days.

I recently purchased a refurbished netgear router. The ad stated that since it was refurbished that tech support would be through email only. I was OK with that. I had problems installing the router and contacted netgear for tech support and they refused saying they offer no support on refurbished products. I was eventually able to resolve the issue but would not have been happy if I couldn't have.

it got to me on time, and the item looked brand new even though it was refurbished. very pleased.
