My family business has had the NRS POS for a number of years and I more recently added NRS Pay credit card processing. It immediately dropped our monthly pos fees and a few features we have, the prices got lower. After being in business for a number of years already, we really appreciate National Retail Solutions for the products and services they provide, and the support they give. The support team are AWESOME. They are skilled, and the company is decent and honest. My family had had all great experiences with this company.

Don’t ever go for NRS POS for your stores . We recently had NRS and we kept having issues like inventory will be messed up on the name of software update . For weeks, we had discrepancy in inventory because of their update thing . Even though customer service is 24*7 , it’s barely of any use .
