Dear Cubita, We sincerely apologize for the experience you described. It’s never our intention to mislead or cause frustration, and we understand how upsetting sudden changes in pricing can be — especially so close to your scheduled pickup. Please know that we are actively trying to reach you to make this right. If you're open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to speak directly and work toward a resolution. You can contact us anytime at (716) 250-3068 or by email at [email protected]. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps us improve how we do business. We hope to earn back your trust.
