NRG TransportationReviews of nrgtransportation.us

Car was picked up a day earlier.tuan scheduled but was delivered when promised. The driver was very nice and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

My car was picked up in Fort Worth and arrived safely in Houston as promised. The price was reasonable. There were a couple of challenges with the third party driver that delivered the car. Since my car was inoperable, it was difficult for the driver & my son to push the car into the driveway until the neighbor assisted. Also the driver forgot to remove the key from the ignition while he had the battery on the charger, so it is stuck for now.

Although the price wasn’t what they quoted, NRG finally got my car moving. Be careful when getting quotes. If the price seems low, it’s probably too good to be true and never plan to ship on a Friday. Early in the work week is best.

Of all those I researched, NRG offered the best pricing. They were very responsive and the actual driver, Kevin, was awesome. But…. what you should know: 1) All these 3rd party companies use exactly the same system to identify drivers. 2) All will quote you something, and last minute hike up the price $200 (despite a signed contract) or so because that is what the driver supposedly is requiring - all of them will do this because they can’t secure a driver until a couple days before and they know you will be in a tight spot. And none, despite what they share ahead of time will only give you a 100lbs to load the trunk of your car for no additional fee. It is what it is, but go into this informed. We paid $650 to move our Jeep from Boulder, CO to LA, CA. No issues with delivery.

Would definitely recommend NRG to friends and family. They were there for me as I broke down two hours away from home due to engine failure. Got the best pricing for towing and setting up a time and day for delivery was easy . Great customer service.

Though we didn’t end up shipping our car, Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful in trying to facilitate the shipment! He also kept in touch and kept us updated.

Tom was always there to inform any holdups on my end. He facilitated with the driver for a speedy pick up and delivery.

Liked the generally prompt response Delivery was good and on time Final price was adjusted
