The worst lying cheating company ever. Misleading and roping people is in to lower electric rates when they dont tell you yhey continue service with out telling you. After being EVEN told that you need to resign up. All they are after is cheating people out of money when electric is high enough. They make it impossible to catch and pay any kind of payment because all they do it tack on 1 payment in a lump some and you are never notified at all. The worst company ever. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I want to give negative reviews for them if possible. They make you sign contract for a fixed date and price. After that date they cant find a driver and hike the price to almost double. Then we tell them that we dont want to go with them and they then say that the deposit of $300 will be charged on the card, which is absolutely ridiculous. The contract we sign is for an agreed price and pickup date. If they cant find the driver for that price and for that date they will not even take it down from the database. Beware of them, especially a guy name Tim.

Fake reviews (account is banned by the site) will raise rates last second, not find a carrier, then threaten the cancellation fee even if they haven’t found a driver. One of the most scummy business practices I have seen. If you read this, PLEASE bring your business elsewhere. What a sad pathetic joke of a company, preying on people. Philip Specifically has been awful and terrible to work with, has lied and threatened us. These are all fake names by the way, these guys are not from the country. Check their instagram and who they follow and you will see the real people behind the company! Best of luck, and pay for good shipping. 100% Do Not Recommend I arranged transportation with NRG Transportation a month in advance, signed the contract, and believed everything was handled. One week before my scheduled pickup, I contacted my broker, Tim M., to confirm we were still on track. He assured me we were “good to go” and said he would contact me closer to the pickup date. The day before pickup, I reached out again because I had not received an update, but I received no response. On the morning of my expected pickup, Tim told me everything was fine and that he was simply waiting for the driver to confirm. When I contacted him again that afternoon for a status update, he stopped responding. With no driver confirmation and no communication, I was forced to scramble at the last minute to find another broker. The new broker could see the original listing and told me NRG’s quoted price was likely too low to secure a driver. Because of the delay, I had to change my plans and pay nearly double the original quote to get my vehicle transported. If NRG could not secure a driver at the quoted price, they should have communicated that honestly instead of repeatedly assuring me everything was on track and then becoming unresponsive. Their lack of transparency and disregard for the disruption they caused was completely unacceptable. Do not use NRG Transportation if you need dependable communication or reliable service.

Signed a contract for $1,200 and gave them a $200 deposit 2+ weeks before our vehicle was to be picked up. Confirmed price and pick up the night before with the broker. Then literally an hour before pickup, he tells me he can't find a driver for that price and that the best he can do is $2,000 and pick up the next day. Very shady way to do business. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Bait and switch. They texted a day before the scheduled pick up date saying they don't have a driver. Wanted to double the price. Horrible company. Do not use.

I booked to transport my car from Palm Beach Florida to Bloomington IN. They agreed to a price of $500. The truck was a day and a half late and they wanted an additional $350 to ship the car over their $500 price which they sent me a contract for. I canceled!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR CAR TRANSPORT. I BOOKED THEIR SERVICE 1 MONTH IN ADVANCE. THEY WAITED UNTIL THE DAY OF MY FLIGHT TO TELL ME THEY HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A DRIVER THE ENTIRE MONTH AND WAS STILL LOOKING. I ENDED UP MISSING MY FLIGHT AND HAVING TO BOOK ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE SAME DAY AND THE PRICE TRIPPLED. I LOST A LOT OF MONEY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID NOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
