So far the experience has been very good, I have only had the policy for not even a month but everything seam's to be going real good so far. I had called customer service and they were knowledgeable about the question's that I had asked, plus I didn't have to wait to long for someone to answer.

Cool but questionable? I am not able to report when I am the passenger in the vehicle instead of the driver. There should be a way to log that somewhere. Also, this app is checking my location more times than it is connected to my car. The price is right but I hate lack of privacy. Don't know if it's for me.

My experience with Novo , went good didn't have to talk to anybody which made it even better going through there prompts and procedures were great my coverage is actually better than the last company that I was with I even added a few more things on my coverage still made it super affordable. So far better than ALL the major insurers out there a company that actually insures you on your safe driving history not your consumer credit report, that can be impacted by unforeseen life events. I’m recommending them to everyone.
