They mucked up my order and charged me twice and I have been trying to recover my money for 2 months There are fraudsters Don’t use them

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I don’t really want to give any stars!!! They tricked me on their opening website whereby I accidentally added 3 too many of the same item to the basket in error and ended up paying for 4 when I required only 1! I was unable to stop payment via PayPal. When I immediately tried to stop this order through the company’s Customer Support within MINUTES they said it was too late (nonsense!) and I could return them upon receipt, (leaving me ‘out of pocket’ for weeks, no doubt!). Like Thomas says below trying to get instructions for return and refund is taking DAYS and I still await those instructions!!!!!! Again I say PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY 😡

Don't touch this company who supplied me with a faulty Oximeter then totally ignored me when I asked how I should return the item.

This product stopped working right after 30 days and the company will not do anything about it. the Blood pressure cuff says it needs to be charged but it will not take a charge. At this point it's junk. I would have been better off buying one that takes batteries.

Ordered an oximeter to monitor my granddaughter as she was diagnosed with RSV and it is yet to be sent. I have emailed customer service several times and they assure me it will be sent but it has been a month now and I'm starting to suspect I have been taken. I read others reviews and they praise them so why is my order not even sending me a tracking number. Very disappointed and had to buy a different oximeter.

Das Unternehmen will mit Gewalt ihre Produkte verkaufen ohne Rücksicht auf menschliches Leid! 1 Stern ist definitiv zuviel. Trotz stornierung nach wenigen Minuten war angeblich die angebliche Bestellung scon versandfertig und angeblich nicht mehr zu stoppen! Man buchte mir über 150 Euro ab!!! Warum tun Menschen sowas anderen Menschen an?

Mit trotzdem dass eine Fehler Bestellung wurde und hab der Kundenservice gleichzeitig informiert und eine Stornierung gebeten hatte, kein Erfolg….angeblich nicht mehr möglich !!!! Leider nicht zu empfehlen !!!
