This is an excellent company for your hair needs
This is an excellent company for your hair needs especially the shampoo and conditioner that I mainly use and if I had the chance to use other products I would definitely buy from here. The customer service is top tier and really nice and respectful so it’s easy for people to go for any needs.

ordered shampoo and conditioner
ordered shampoo and conditioner, it’s honestly one of the highest quality if not the highest that ive seen. lathers well for a natural shampoo. I will not be surprised to find myself re-ordering this product when i run out. the only downside is that it took three months to arrive.
Response from Noun NaturalsJun 10, 2026
This means a lot to read. I’m really glad the shampoo and conditioner stood out to you, especially the lather since that’s something we worked hard to get right while keeping the formula natural. I also want to sincerely apologize for the long wait. Three months is far from the experience we want anyone to have. We’ve been improving our fulfillment and logistics so customers can receive their orders much faster moving forward. I appreciate your patience and I’m glad the products were worth it once they arrived.

Before using noun
Before using noun, my moms hair used to fall off frequently and we tried many shampoos and oils but it didnt work but when I got noun, my mom tried it out and loved it and she has always been ordering noun since, when they were out of tt shop, i couldnt order any and we ran out so my mom had to use another shampoo and like its been a few days that her hair is starting to fall off again. I just received my noun shampoo today. Noun genuinely saved me too, no double shampoo, lathers nice, got rid of my dry skalp, and it cleans your scalp very good.

This was really powerful to read. Hearing that Noun helped both you and your mom that much genuinely means a lot. Helping with dry scalp, getting a clean lather, and making the scalp feel properly cleansed is exactly what we built this shampoo for. We’re really glad you were able to restock and get Noun back in your routine. Thanks for trusting us and sharing your experience.

My opinion
Worth the wait.
Response from Noun NaturalsJun 9, 2026
Hi Ryan, Thank you for the 5-star review and for sticking with us. We're glad to hear it was worth the wait. During that period, we experienced unusually high demand and temporarily sold out, which led to longer fulfillment times than we'd like. Since then, we've resolved those inventory challenges and orders are now shipping without those delays. We appreciate your support and hope you continue enjoying your Noun Naturals products.

Greatest Shampoo, Conditioner, and Tp on the planet
shampoo cleansed veryy good conditioner was verrrrry good at what a conditioner was suppose to do, texture powder was out of this world suuuper awesome. ONLY downside was i waited over 1+ month for my package, but ignoring that it was awesome in every way. Do really wish it came in sooner, but other than that it was awesome. Completely unbiased and had zero expectations and no glaze.

Hi Andrew, Thank you for the incredible review. We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the Shampoo, Conditioner, and Texture Powder, and that they exceeded your expectations. We also appreciate your patience regarding the shipping delay. At the time, we experienced an unexpected surge in demand that temporarily extended fulfillment times. The good news is that those issues have been resolved, and we're now back to our standard shipping timelines of 3-5 business days within the US and 7-14 business days for most international orders. As a thank you for your patience, we'd love to offer you a $30 store credit. Just reach out to our support team with your order details and we'll get that taken care of for you. Thanks again for your support and for giving Noun Naturals a try.
