Bestelling na 1 maand nog steeds niet bezorgd. Contact/communicatie ook waardeloos

Begin december bestelling geplaatst voor de Kerst. Ik kreeg netjes bericht een week voor de feestdagen dat het heel druk was en dat ze hun best gingen doen om het voor de 25e te verzenden. Het is nu een maand geleden en heb nog steeds niets ontvangen en ze reageren ook niet meer. Noooooooooit iets kopen daar!!!!!

Don’t order anything from Noun Naturals! You will never receive your order. I have been waiting for more than a month and never received anything. They register the package with USP, so it looks like the package is on its way, but the package is never shipped. When you try to contact them, you only get an auto reply saying that they are very busy. They promise you 30% discount, but all you get are scam text messages! This is a fake company and you will loose your money if placing an order!

ordered 24 nov and its 20 dec and still waiting. ups tracking says its stuck in secure facility and i have messeaged, emailed and tried live chat to get hold of someone at noun naturals to sort this out but no luck at all. do not order from this company

Delivery options seemed excellent 4-6 buisness days I purchased Thursday 12/12/2024 it still hasn’t been shipped no updates just the original email after I paid €80 to say they received my order I seen on other social media platform other people having the same problem
