Product was not sealed and leaked during the delivery. Sent photos to customer service and they said someone would review my request. Never heard back from anyone at the company, despite several attempts to follow up. Will not be re-ordering.

I ordered something two months ago, and they've totally ghosted me despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Their social media is flooded with other people complaining about the same thing – no shipping and no answers. This company is a scam don't buy from them

Do not order from this company. It appears to be a fraudulent company. I ordered over three weeks ago. They have not responded to any emails asking about my order. There are many people whose reviews show they have experienced the same thing. I am going to report this company to the FTC (google report fraud FTC) If you live outside of the USA you can report them to econsumer.gov. The more people report them the less people get scammed.
