Customer service
Order from feb 8th and today date is 24 and they never shipped my order. When I emailed them they told me to wait because they didn’t get through January orders send outs??? Thats Ridiculous. Worst customer service and worst experience.

We were transparent from the beginning that orders were delayed due to the fulfillment backlog, and we’ve been doing our best to get back to customers as quickly as possible. Once you let us know that you wanted your order canceled, we canceled it and issued the refund immediately. I apologize again for the experience, and we’re making serious adjustments to prevent this from happening moving forward.

Buying the shampoo with the…
Buying the shampoo with the subscription for the first time was a very long process it kept saying my address wasn’t available for shipping it me address was wrong it wasn’t wrong and it’s says international shipping so I really didn’t understand the problem when I took the subscription off it let me buy it which is very annoying because I don’t not want to be spending £10 shipping every time I want some more products

Great products BUT...
Great products but when I tried, several times, to ask when the sold out soap would be back, I was completely ignored.

We paused certain products like our soap bars while we rebuilt our supply chain and partnered with contract manufacturers to make sure this kind of inconsistency doesn’t happen again. Because our formula is fully natural and free from synthetic thickeners, it can feel a bit lighter or more fluid compared to conventional shampoos, but the performance and concentration of active ingredients remain the same.
