I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like this one deserved it! The shipping did take almost a full month, so if you’re ordering, just be prepared to wait. That said, it was 100% worth it. The quality completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve looked over every detail, and everything looks perfect. It has the Coach authenticity patch inside, came with the Coach hangtag, and all of the hardware is stamped exactly how it should be. Honestly, if I didn’t know better, I would think it was real. I also want to give a huge shoutout to their customer service. After about eight days without any shipping updates, I emailed them, and they responded quickly. They personally checked on my order, sent me updated tracking information, and even continued to keep me updated throughout the shipping process. They were incredibly kind, patient, and respectful the entire time. Overall, I had a great experience. The wait was the only downside, but the quality of the bag and the amazing customer service made it completely worth it. I absolutely love my bag and would definitely order from them again!

My item never arrived. It was “delivered” 6 weeks late according to them. They blamed the local delivery courier that refused to help. The funny thing is they kept offering small refunds for the inconvenience but never did pay them. When the item was “lost,” they offered a 60% refund and then a 90%. I laughed at their “prompt and complete” claim to customer service. I’ll never buy Chinese based products online again!!!!!!

I love the quality and the material on the clothes, although size might be a slight holdback.. and waiting times are still quite long even if prioritized or not. But overall I would definitely order from here again, even with some flaws I love their products.

Noryy sent my parcels out on time thank god as i was going abroad 2 days after they came quality is amazing very classy and doesnt tarnish easily I was looking for very specific things for a reasonable price and came across Noryy Really impressive and i will be ordering again
