This ain’t it
I recommend that you for the sake of full transparency write in the description of each item what material the garment is made of. It’s not enough to write “high quality, wrinkle free” because it excludes the chance of letting the customers make a conscious choice. I was recommended the brand through an tiktok ad with a fur-trim cardigan. It looked too good to be true so I had to investigate further. Also they claim to have been rated 4.7/5 stars from 12000+ customers with the impression that it has been through trustpilot since you’re using the star format of trustpilot, which is clearly not the case. Transparency is incredibly valuable to a customer and I’d rather the brand being honest than trying to disguise the fact that their clothes are drop shipped. In your “About us” on your website you claim to be unique and being the creators of the clothes, yet it only takes a few seconds to google image search several pieces of your clothes that can be found on other drop shipping fashion sites, nothing “unique” about that, do better.

Dear Sugar Minuet, It is clear that you are a competitor trying to discredit our brand to drive customers away. You have never placed an order with us, which means you have no right to leave this review. We take transparency seriously, but we will not tolerate false accusations. Trustpilot has already been informed, and they are in the process of removing your review. Spreading misinformation to damage another business is unacceptable. We stand by our brand and our customers, and we will not engage further with baseless claims. Regards, Team Noryy Fashion
