Their response really showed that they care about their customers and take feedback seriously. Although the experience started off a bit rocky, I truly appreciate how professionally and kindly it was resolved. I felt heard and taken seriously, and it gave me confidence in the brand again. That kind of service truly deserves recognition.

I ordered two fur hoodies and the quality is good, but you have to attach the fur by yourself. The fur also isn’t as fluffy as in their TikTok videos. Took 3 weeks to arrive (I live in the Netherlands)
