Excellent service on my trip to Stockholm from London Gatwick (17/09-20/08). Online check-in was seamless and both flights on time as scheduled. Opted for the fully flexible ticket option so fast-track security and priority boarding well worth the [good value] extra fee. Onboard service was very good, communication and updates from the flight deck frequent enough to be informative but not over the top.

This review is a bit dated. I flew Norwegian in 2017. When I think of coming to Norway, I think Norwegian. I'm visiting Stavanger after arriving in Olso, taking a ferry to Bergen to show my parents the lovely country, and flying Wideroe (Norwegian) to Munich. After reading some of the reviews here, I'm better equipped to think ahead and how to be prepared. But as my experience and impression of Norwegian is only glowing - I have yet to complain. The digital experience was smooth for both brands. But, I'm ready for surprises! Much love for Norway and this company. Hoping for the best.

Alltid bra resa med norweigan, har använt dom flera gånger. Det brukar vara rent, snyggt och trevligt bemötande. Rekommenderar!

My mother and I were flying from Copenhagen to London with Norwegian. However, upon arrival, we discovered that my mother had forgotten her passport. An obvious mistake on our part and sadly due to this we missed the flight. Norwegian was very kind and offered us free tickets to the next flight departing just a few hours later. We were so grateful, thank you Norwegian!

Har fløjet 4 gange siden april med Norwegian til Nice, fantastisk service og glade og hjælpsomt personale. 1 gang var flyet forsinket, 2 timer sad vi i flyet, pga voldsomt vejr, vi blev holdt opdateret, med højt humør fra kaptajnen, og alle der havde lyst kunne besøge cockpittet, der var fantastisk stemning i flyet, lige til det sidste.

Fløj fra Madeira på chartertur. Blev forsinket 1 døgn på grund af punkteret dæk. Fantastisk service, bus fra lufthavnen, indkvartering med mad på luksushotel, afhentning næste dag og madkupon til lufthavnen. Derudover erstatning efter eu forordning. Virkelig god service kan kun anbefale Norweigan.

Fløj til London (Gatwick) i Pinsen. Alt gik som det skulle. Nem booking, god information via deres app, let og effektiv indtjekning i app og af bagage i Kastrup lufthavn. Ankom ca. 15 min. forsinket, men det skyldes forhold, Norwegian ikke har magt over. Hjemtur også uproblematisk. God oplevelse.
