Strange but they refunded me just after 2 days they deleted all the flights of April 2021 included mine.

Vi skulle have været på en dejlig ferie til Spanien. MEN der blev lavet en større ændring i vores flybilletter og vi valgte ikke at rejse. Et opkald til kunderservice og pengene var retur på min konto i løbet af en uge.

Flew with Norwegian to Gran Canaria from the UK. Flights were spot on, comfortable and had good WiFi (all on a 737). I would say the quality of the trip was a noticeable cut above the competition. To top it off the return flight was delayed 4.5 hours and I received 2000 euro (5pax) compensation. Claimed through their own website with no stalling or delays, paid within the week.

I fly a ton and while Norweigan isn't exactly Singapore Airlines, their prices for international flights cannot be beat. Their planes are clean, service good, and pilots seem top notch. Shame they only fly into Gatwick (please add LHR) but I hope they succeed. How else can you fly from London to San Fran for only $399 round trip? Just fly with low expectations and remember how cheap it is. If you're lucky, you might even get a row to yourself!
