Terrible booking experience. Unfairly charged for a flight I cancelled on the same day I booked it. I booked a outbound and return flight over a month in advance. Unfortunately, due to serious health challenges of a family member, I realised I would no longer be able to make the trip. I cancelled the flights on the same day I booked them. I found out 3 days later that only one of the flights had been cancelled (likely an IT error on their system as I definitely did). In any case, I cancelled the ticket a few days later and explained what had happened. They refused to refund the ticket, despite their system not processes my original cancellation and my second attempt to cancel happening only 3 days after booking and still a month in advance. I would not recommend using these services.
