I had Northwest Registered Agent handle incorporating for me in the state of NY. They did it for me in a fast painless manner and helped me out with any questions I had. I recommend this company, for me it was nothing but a positive experience!

I was helped by Arnold J Schroering , he was very informative and kept the process simple and patiently walked me through registering my new business venture I look forward to working with him and northwest again in the near future.

I looked at LegalZoom because they're famous and their pricing was crazy. Looked at IncFile because their ads said it was free, but when you check out, it isn't free at all. Looked at ZenBusiness because it also said it was free, but ZenBusiness was even more expensive than LegalZoom. ZenBusiness had horrible reviews also about not letting you cancel. And found Northwest and their price at the end of the checkout was the same as what the advertisement said. I got my LLC, EIN, operating agreement back the same day. Almost feels too good to be true. Hopefully my card doesn't get dinged for some sneaky fees because It feels like I somehow crushed it here.

Company operates under several names with all roads leading back to northwest registered agent. Which really is a scam company that's about deception for newly formed LLC for it registered agent service onto people. They are as deceptive as they are useless. Their registered agent service even used a cheaper more popular registered agent service. So on top of what I consider their fraud de factum they use a better company that's cheaper as the underlining registered agent service. They responded. Still are a company that tried to manipulate the filings with registered agents.

I have been on zooms with Zenbusiness, Collective, BetterLegal, Legalzoom and chose Northwest to form my S-corps as it was Arnold who firstly had the most comprehensively genuine approach, and also did not try to sell me up if it was not right for me. I really feel that he wants the best for his customers and that life is more important than profit - just look at the wording of their manifesto. There is a real, knowledgable person on the of the phone who was interested in what I was doing without looking to mine our chat for salesly openings. I think if a business is doing it right, they don't need to hunt you down with automated processes and annoying emails - when does that ever work? - and the chats I had with Arnold naturally reflected his integrity, enthusiasm, and this confidence. He is such a nice guy. The other outfits were very efficient too, but charged A LOT for ongoing services such as payroll on top that I really don't need, and although I felt I was speaking to a person, they were all quite involved with the upsell. Northwest also put my incorporation on hold at my request as I only want to go live on Jan 1, to begin with the next tax quarter, and there was only one other outfit that could guarantee to do this.

Newer use this service they are extremely deceitful and very unknowledgeable. You payed them hundredth of dollar to start LLC and get the advertising compliance taken care of and you mention upfront you want your address displayed on LLC later on and be your own register agent which they say we help you no problem. Month down the line incompetent representative cannot answer your question/ doesn't want to help then finally send you a guide which has wrong information stated. Avoid this company like plaque they also try to upcharge you on everything file anything $100 do this another $100 literally unchanging is what they try to only do and provide no service stay away most of these review either haven't seen the true color of this company or are fake. They did try to offer service to have me not leave a review but they cannot buy my review and they are incompetent as they get.

Completely unsatisfactory. Can not recommend at all. Northwest's customer support (or "Corporate Guides" as they call them) isn't going to be any help either. Rather than work to understand the issues their services have and improve them, they are quick to cancel your subscribed services and kick you to the curb. If by chance you reserved your company's name with the state secretary prior to formation, good luck getting Northwest to assist in filing your LLC/EIN paperwork.they can't perform the functions you hired them for.

I am very disappointed with this company. The price is good, but it's impossible to get anyone on the phone (tried three times), no matter how long you hang on. The documents I see in my library include some items completed, however only blank documents print out, despite downloading them and viewing them. I have questions before I can open the bank account or complete the paperwork for the NY department of taxation, but am unable to as I can't get in touch to get info. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There must be 1-2 people taking calls. I've had far better luck getting the NY department of Taxation on the phone.
