This agency group has helped my business look more professional in every aspect. They always have great customer service and fast responses when experiencing issues. I had a package shipped out to this virtual address accidentally, and Jessica made my experience stress free. I totally recommend using this company if you need a physical address for mailing.

I USED THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE I WAS NEW TO LLC. BUSINESS , HOWEVER AS I BECAME MORE SAVY AND HAD TIME TO RESEARCH THINGS FOR MYSELF. EVERYTHING THEY DO YOU CAN DO YOURSELF FOR FREE. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $100 TO FILE AN ANNUAL REPORT TO THE STATE OF DELAWARE. FIRST OF ALL DELAWARE DOES NOT REQUIRE AN ANNUAL REPORT THEY ONLY REQUIRE TAXES TO BE PAID OF $300. JUST FYI, IF YOU TOOK TIME TO START A BUSINESS, TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH THESE THEIVES, THIS IS A WORTHLESS COMPANY!

You could build a house yourself, but sometimes people decide to pay someone else to make things easier. Our goal is to make things easier for our clients and most people don't have an address in Delaware, so they end up needing to hire a Delaware registered agent. Our service includes free business address use to maintain your privacy, free mail scanning, and we're here to help. We show you how to file your annual report yourself and remind you to file it. We also give you the option to have us file it for you if you desire. I think you're mixing up some Delaware specific lingo. There's an annual filing in Delaware. Some call it an annual report, some call it an annual tax. If you go direct to the Delaware State website they actually say both bits of lingo: https://corp.delaware.gov/paytaxes/ Regardless, for a Delaware LLC it's $300 so at least the cost made it through accurately. I would strongly disagree in your assessment of us being a "thieve" We have a 100% money back guarantee on anything and everything. We have never kept a dime that someone doesn't want to give us. You can cancel anything online in 1 click without having to talk to us, and if we've somehow grabbed some of your money that you don't want us to have, our contact details are in your online account and you can request a refund and we'll refund your money right away.

I can't understand why so many bad ratings. I've chosen this company as my registered agent in NJ, and they are doing a wonderful job. They immediately forward all the documents to me and send me reminders if I forget to read them. They do their job very well. And it's not "expansive" for the service they provide. Absolutely reliable.

My experience with them was fine. Their website is rather confusing and difficult to use, and their service are rather overpriced given the quality of the website. However, I had absolutely no issues contacting support and received a response within a few hours. They even were able to give me a full refund for some services that I ended up not needing. I have yet to receive any mail at the address so I am interested in seeing how that goes, and depending on the timeliness of their mail forwarding service, my opinion may change. But so far, so alright. If mail forwarding ends up working, then I'll raise the review to 4 stars. EDIT: Their mail forwarding service sucks. They lost every letter that was sent to them so far and I've wasted so much time waiting. I've cancelled my service and will never use this company again

We process a lot of mail. Everything you get at our address is scanned into your account within hours and also double checked by a human before routed to your inbox. I wonder if your getting mail sent to us with a different name than what you signed up for. That is an area where we just can't connect the dots because sometimes a client might sign up as My Company Name LLC, but then their vendor sends a letter as first name last name, because they think you'll notice their mail better that way. Maybe you could double check what the person sending you mail is listing relative to the name you signed up with. Our systems and processes are extremely accurate in scanning mail. Also we own our own buildings, it's our own hardware, and it's our own employees doing the work. We have the most private and largest mail forwarding and scanning service in the industry.

I have had an excellent experience for the most part with Northwest Registered Agent. They filed my paperwork for me and efficiently explained anything I had questions about. My only issue with them is that I could not use the address from my formation state on my billing descriptor. This was the main reason I chose to use a registered agent in the first place. I wanted as much privacy as possible. Unfortunately, I had to scramble to figure something else out at the last minute because the address I was given to use was flagged as possibly fraudulent (it's not fraudulent at all, but banks and payment processors are not taking a chance or the time to look into it). I expected that if I paid for their services, they would make sure everything was smooth sailing, especially regarding the address I was given to use for my business.

The best, most friendly customer service I have encountered. Genuinely love dealing with them and they’re super fast and efficient. The entire team sorted out our issues so quickly honestly and other than that the service is smooth.
