The service is great, been with them for 2 years now. really like it. The problem is the website, it is so bad and confusing. Yes it does look good and clean, but in technical jargon their customer journeys are completely messed up, things don't add up, you don't know the meaning of certain actions you take, you select something a minute later it is gone. A total mess, really. The website designer should be fired.

Completely unsatisfactory. If your business has quality standards that you refuse to lower, then don't use Northwest Registered Agent for any of your business support needs or company formation filings. Northwest uses Stageline to provide most of it's services (at least for the state of Monatna and surrounding area). Stageline is plagued with coding errors and unreliability. The phone service is spotty, leaving your answering voicemail to sound like it's being played in slow motion. The voicemail functionality doesn't delete messages as it should either and instead you will find deleted voicemails piling up every time you login to your answering services. Additionally, you'll need to be logged into Stageline in order for the phones to be manned and in doing so, you're harassed non-stop by Stageline's chat window pop-ups. The Stageline login takes forever, keeps your cart's items in inventory for purchase (even after purchasing), and is just cheap and low quality. Northwest's customer support (or "Corporate Guides" as they call them) isn't going to be any help either. Rather than work to understand the issues their services have and improve them, they are quick to cancel your subscribed services and kick you to the curb. If by chance you reserved your company's name with the state secretary prior to formation, good luck getting Northwest to assist in filing your LLC/EIN paperwork. Instead of building a check feature into their system (to see if you have a company name reserved) they simply ignore the possibility until after they take your money, fail to file because the name shows reserved/used, and then tell you they can't perform the functions you hired them for.

Amazing experience. Ben is awesome, friendly, and patient. He stayed on the phone with me as I filed for an LLC creation and even offered some tips.

Filing is very fast and without any problem. Recomend it!

Easy to contact, an actual person picks up. Emails I’ve sent have been responded to within the same day. Plenty of free information if you’d like to perform tasks yourself to save money. In their surveys they don’t ask between 7 genders what you are like competitors. Light years better than ZenBusiness or LegalZoom.

I'm dealing with Northwest Registered Agent in Oro Valley and I'd never do so again, especially when you are based in Europe. For example, you order and pay a certified copy. You receive a copy of the certified copy, what -of course- makes no sense and is not helpful. Then they offer you getting a hardcopy for extra money, send it for extra money etc etc... This is by far THE WORST US company I ever had to deal with. Save your money and nerves and trust someone else.

I chose Northwest because of all of the positive reviews. So far, I have been double billed, phone calls to the support line just ring and ring, and ANYONE you meet on the Northwest Chat is probably 11 years old and doesn't know the services. Heck, you can't get to all of the forms if you login, you must access the forms BEFORE you login. Shop someplace else.

We have been with Northwest Registered Agent for 2 years now, and we had no complain as we only used them to keep our mailing address, so they didn't have much to do for us really. However, today when I logged into my Northwest account, I noticed that a pop up message showed saying that they've changed their address. A pop-up message that you can only see if you just so happen to log into your account!! The reason we pay Northwest Registered Agent is for their mailing address, and when they change it, they don't even notify their clients?! Is it so hard to send an email notification? When I contacted them about this, they said that I should log into my online account more often and that it's on me to update their address wherever I use it, or if I want them to do so for me, I have to pay them an extra fee. Really? Very disappointed with their services.
