When the services I subscribe to through Northwest Registered Agent actually work correctly, all is good, but I had SO many issues with the phone system that I finally cancelled that service. Now I am having repetitive issues with the email service and the last 2 times I emailed support I haven't received a response. Seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I can buy a domain and get a business email address from any other domain host, pay less for the monthly services, AND have less issues with better support if there are issues. I used NWRA to set up my business because they offered all of the things I need to run my business, in one place. But it isn't really worth all of the headaches I've had with those offered services. And now no support response! Not acceptable.

When I ran into issues purchasing on the site I called Sales, Netta was incredible. She walked me through every step, and solved every issue I encountered on my side. Thank you so much Netta!!!

My Wyoming LLC was formed faster than I expected, and I didn’t have to worry about any complicated paperwork — they handled everything perfectly. I really appreciate how friendly and responsible their team is. Highly recommended for anyone outside (and inside) the U.S. who wants to start a company safely and without hidden costs.

If I have problems again, I know exactly who to ask for. Amanda was good-hearted, patient—patient, patient—kind as ever, very insightful, experienced, and well-informed.
