Hey Montese - please accept our apologies for the delay on the rainsuits. They have been on backorder and we just got them restocked. Customer service tells me they reached out to let you know, but I wanted to follow up. Please let us know if you do not recieve them in the next couple of days. Again, our sincere aplogies for the inconvenience and thank you for your business!

We apologize for the delay on the rainsuits...They are a very popular item and were on backorder longer than expected. We completely understand your frusturation and appreciate your business. This is the exception, not the rule on our delivery times. Thank you again for your order.

Sorry to hear that the shoe covers did not meet your expectations. Customer service has reached out to see what we can do for you. Was there anything in particular that was unsatisfactory about the product? The covers are meant for one-time use inside controlled environments.
