The order didn't get shipped even a week after I ordered, and I couldn't get any response either on email or online chatting. I had to call the hotline eventually to get attention.

Don’t buy here! Horrible Customer Service.
About 2 weeks late from estimated delivery date. Emails and left voice messages in the span of 4 days asking about status of order was never returned. Finally got an email and delivery confirmation after I threatened to dispute the charges via voicemail. This company is located in the Woodlands, TX. My first and last time doing business with them.

Not happy with delivery
Shipment box was destroyed and relabeled. Delivery was late and left on the ground at my mailbox 600 ft. from my front door. Fedex is not on my list of delivery services as the last 2 deliveries under their responsibility have been a disaster. Have yet to inspect the product so may have an update soon.
