NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

I have been a customer of North Shore for several years. I have never had a negative experience. The products are exactly as described of superior quality. More importantly, the customer service is stellar! Every employee treats you with the utmost respect and once you repeat an order several times, they treat you like a friend.

I'm giving a good review on my order, delivery was prompt, and the product was successful, keep up the good work.

I am handicapped, in wheelchair & live in an apartment with no steps which is easy access for deliveries. Northshore delivers once a month which most pkgs are heavy & bulky so I am unable to pick them up at the office. I am even home & wait for these deliveries so I know Fed-Ex just takes these pkgs right to the office. I love purchasing from Northshore but if they don't talk to their delivery people ,I will find a company who will deliver to my door.

We have FNALLY found a fabulous product for our mom. And the service is great too - product arrived very quickly. Website very easy. Thanks!

So glad l purchased these wonderful pads for my husband.. Now l have two extra ones. The ones in the store are terrible fall apart these are made to last. l will shop again here. Thank You

We were ordering from this company for the first time and weren't familiar with sizing. We ordered a size that was way too big for our special needs daughter. When I called customer service, they were so knowledgeable and suggested sizes and brands for her to try. They sent us some free samples to try out before we ordered again. So nice to have a kind gesture like that.

I've search other places for booster pads for my mother but was not happy with the time it took to receive the other guys' products. NorthShore not only sends me an order reminder but get her what she needs within just a few days. I'll stick with NorthShore.

Can't find bed pads for my wife of this quality local.
