...it would be nice if promotional offers were more frequently available. That is, more frequent discounts, free shipping. etc., would be appreciated considering the product loyalty that has been demonstrated during the past three or four years.

I really needed pull-ups for my son who is 8 1/2. He only needs them because he wears Foley Catheter at night, so I needed something that would fit his size body. Nothing at the big box stores would fit, and I was getting inpatient. But finding NorthShore Care Supply was a huge help. My son doesn't fit the normal size pull up, but using their charts I found the best fit. Thank you for the help and the autoship.

I tried out a sample of the Medium North Shore Supreme plastic backed adult diaper. After stretching it out and then folding lengthwise as the directions indicate, I was able to get a comfortable fit. The Mediums do run a bit smaller than a Dry 24/7, but it actually worked well for me. I had it on for over 17 hours and it never sprung a leak. It does swell up quite a bit and probably is not the best choice for discrete wearing, but if you need a product to hold a lot without leaking, this is it. I would compare this well to a Dry 24/7 and better than an Abena M4. No clumping, no loose SAP, no leaks and no issues.

Good product

These diapers have outstanding absorbency, but I do not find them overly comfortably either wet or dry. They seem to be a very stiff diaper and it doesn't seem to move or bend with ones body very well. This is a very new diaper, so maybe with some adjustments over time it will evolve. The NorthShore service is excellent and speedy.
