Excellent product and service

For the first time in several months, my husband's bed is dry in the morning! His clothing stays dry and clean. My bathroom floors are cleaner. And my life is no longer focused on cleaning up poop everywhere in my house. A lifesaver....thank you!

The incontinance products are the best I've found. The flex supreme underwear and booster pads help me feel secure from accidents happening. They absorb extremely well when having trouble making it to a bathroom. I will continue to purchase these excellent products!!

Terrific products, great customer service and very dependable, but the shipping charges are too high. And When a customer does repeat business for a high dollar volume, there should be a way of applying for free delivery as a reward for loyalty. This is the only reason I may need to find another supplier. Thanks Howard

Northshore did an amazing job offing me a free sample of their top of the line product. I tried entering a coupon code for my first full case order to be shipped free but it was declined. I still ordered the same case and paid the shipping. Included in the case was a sample of their 'Lite briefs'. On the package of the sample was a coupon code for free shipping for the first order (which was the exact coupon code i entered online). They put my order 'on hold' because the coupon code was invalid. If they told me my coupon code was 'invalid' then why would they send me a sample (with the SAME coupon code) with my full case order?????

Ordered late but still was somewhat quick. Some sites offer free shipping which helps but this company gave a free sample of there product
