The chair covers arrived next day as promised with free shipping. They were of ample size that allowed me to custom fit them to the recliner with a bit of elastic and Velcro. I am confident they will be exactly what we need to protect the reclining lift chair.

User friendly website. Timely delivery and good quality products. Like that all products came in one box and were not damaged.

Ordered the large blue washable bed pads, Very absorbent and washed up very nicely, did not bunch up and roll at the edges like some of them do. I Had made a mistake ordering a waterproof mattress, called customers service early in the morning, she corrected my order and applied a coupon code I hadn't realized I could use on original order :-). Great samples came with order and quick delivery under 2 days. Will be ordering Items from this company again!!!

My husband has mega bladder problems caused by MS. We have been though many different drug store diapers. Several worked during the day, but none worked at night. Having to change the bed, even with many washable waterproof pads and Chux type pads piled under him, was exhausting to me and frustrating for him. Then I found NorthShore. The genuine care and compassion I have received from their Customer Service has been nothing short of astounding. I have now dealt with 4 of their representatives on the phone. I have described the problem, and they have made suggestions- then sent lots of different products to try. No one got fed up when I would call because the samples still allowed leaking. Always - let's see what we can do, and more free samples. Our last customer service representative, Juliana, went above and beyond helpful when she consulted with her supervisor about our problem. We figured our where the leaks were coming from (around his very thin legs) and got another big box to samples to try. JOY! We actually had 2 that stopped the leaking entirely. Went on line the next morning to order, in 2 days he was waking up to a dry bed. I cannot heap enough praise on this company and the people who work for them.
