I got several items from Northshore and they came fast and expertly packed. Very impressed.

They have good products but I think their shipping can be improved. First, it appears that their shipping charges are based on the value of an order and not the weight. This can lead to a relatively large increase in shipping charges when you include a small low weight item that has a high price. When I place my order on line it usually takes a least a day before I get a confirmation. My most recent order was placed on a Thursday night and wasn't shipped until the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

I have been ordering things for a few yrs now and always a+ on how fast delivery ships .

Just placed my first order and know we will continue to order these products. Did a Chat and they were most helpful! Love the Product and company was great to work with! Got the samples quickly.
