I bought totally the wrong item. I read the entire item description and looked for more details and decided to try it anyway. Totally wrong and I had to open the package to see what it was so I cannot send it back. Total waste of $30. So disappointed. it would be great if you could have dimensions of things marked "pads", and maybe show a little drawing of how they fit a person. I saw this on a package I purchased at the store and am totally satisfied. Thanks anyway.

Northshore products are the best. And the quality is really good.

Customer service is spectacular! I asked question about a product, and the representative did not know the answer--she took my number and called me back in less than ten minutes, after she went to the warehouse to look at the product. Quality of all products ordered is excellent. Shipping was fast--and I didn't even pay to expedite!
