Whenever I call to order a sample or buy product the salesperson are always very helpful and kind.

i cannot get my needs met by any other product but tena. i have purchased in stores before but now i get them in northshores. the wide tops make the difference because of my activities. thanks go to tena for a great product.

I was using another company, they were great at first . Not sure what happened I am so happy I found Northshore Care Supply Co. There delivery is great. I order and have the things in 3 days. Very happy.

Name brand products can be purchased for less at other suppliers, but North Shore provides great service. Their own brand adult pampers do not measure up to Tranquility brand if user is totally incontinent, but are adequate for moderate incontinence.

I've ordered several different products to help in my wife's care at home. Their quality is very good and reasonably priced. I'm glad I found Northshore Care.
