NorthShore Care SupplyReviews of northshorecare.com

I had never ordered anything from your site before. I made use of the chat feature to talk to one of your representatives and explained what I was looking for. She asked a few questions and then was able to quickly give me a couple of examples of products that would work best for my situation. She then offered to send me free samples of those products. I received the samples yesterday and could not be more happy with the results. The choices offered to me were exactly what I needed! Thank you!

These are great and better than the kotex type pads used for people with incontinency and they absorb far better than they do.

Hello I clearly ordered L3 Abena Apri garments but received M3 instead!! Checked my order which identified correct item however wrong item..wrong size received!! As I was counting on this item, I am now unprepared to care for my patient; and I will need to see where to drive to get something to tide me over until correct item arrives! Patient cannot be left and will need to get her in a car with much difficulty...bound to wheelchair! Very disappointed with significant consequences!!

I bought the XL based on the inch range that was given. I always get the Depends with that inch range but these are much larger, so I can't wear them.

They really do,know a lot about their products and help you to figure out what is the best item to be purchased.

Orders are filled and mailed promptly. The product has been a lifesaver for my husband. The underwear last throughout most of the night.

Easy ordering, quick response with order confirmation, and products sent in a timely manner. I would recommend Northshore to anyone.

Very efficient in taking my order, shipping and delivering in a most timely manner! Can always depend on quality products. Merrill
