The products are of high quality and they arrive in a timely manner. On the occasions when I have needed to speak to customer service staff, they have been very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the reason I needed to talk to someone was because of problems ordering through the website. Once, I was not able to complete the purchase due to a glitch. Another time, the site was extremely sluggish. I am an experienced online shopper with up-to-date electronics so I know the problems were not at my end.

Great prices, great service! Northshore was kind enough to include free samples of THEY'RE diapers with the case of ComfyDry 24/7 diapers I ordered. I'm switching to Northshore diapers when I place my next order which will be a case of Northshore's Supreme Lite diapers & a case of their max absorbancy ones too! Northshore makes EXCELLENT diapers!

This was my first experience in placing an order for disposable pads. In the process I encountered three different sale takers, the first two, at best were average in helpfulness, with a minimum of friendliness. The third order taker was everything that the first two were NOT. She was very helpful and polite. I was not prepared to pay for freight as my order exceeded $100! Because my wife and I are both retired and on fixed incomes, I also wanted to sign up for autoship, but was not pleased to learn that the 5% discount did not apply to our 1st order. I gave only 3 stars solely based on the quality of the product, but not on the 'cheerfulness' of 2of the 3 order takers.

NorthShore Care Supply has very useful products. I needed to reorder some things but didn't have my computer handy so I couldn't give the exact name or item number. But the fellow who answered my call found my ordering record and helped me pick the very things I needed. We discussed an item I had not ordered in the past, and I felt very secure about ordering it from his descriptions. More than 5 stars from this satisfied customer.
