Northshore supreme briefs are the only diapers that have work for a nightime client. The leak flaps on the side are superb. I have tried everything and use more than one of other brands for nighttime leaking. Thank you for this great product.

My only negative is that the briefs are so unmanly looking. Could they not be geared more to what a male would prefer to wear. I would hate to hear the remarks if I am ever in an accident and the attendants get a look at my briefs. HaHa They work well, the appearance is my only hangup. Howard Hunter.
