Ordered some metal wall art from this company. Found it almost half the price on Etsy so tried to cancel order but they said i would have to wait until DHL delivered it and refuse to accept it, then the item would be returned to them and I could get a refund. Didn’t hear anything for a week or two and when I tried to chase it up it was like pulling teeth. Eventually received a refund but not for the full amount that I paid (£20 short!) Their response? Take it up with your bank. I can only imagine that this is because the item was billed in dollars and I have paid an exchange fee on the purchase and refund. This is not communicated on the site and prices are given in GBP. Short version, you do not pay the advertised GBP price, it’s more, and when you get a refund it’s not for the amount you paid either. Would not order from here again.

Its says 2-4 business days shipped max. Its going on 12 days and I yet have received an email with any updates on my order. I sent a email and still no reply

Unfortunately my order has yet to show up and when they sent me a "review your experience" I was surprised. When I queried this they then gave me an incorrect tracking number and when I eventually got the right one I found out that the item was probably in Germany ... I live in the UK! The item was ordered at noon on 24th August it's now 8th September and all they seem to claim to know is that it's probably left them, hasn't arrived at my home in the UK and may be in Germany! I know they will probably blame Covid (as everyone else does) but really they simply don't care once they've got your money.

Do not listen to their website, shipping will not be available in the UK in the expected timescales, instead you chase them a week later to find out they want more money from you to ship from Turkey. When you then request a refund and it agrees no monies are returned despite assurances it will be. If I could give a zero star I would, customer service non existent

This company is falsely advertising that shipping will be in 1-2 business days. I have placed my order a week ago with the promise that the item will be delivered a few days after. To this date, all I’m getting is a customer service email that sounds like a bot apologizing for the delay and keeps telling me it will be in 1-2 business days everytime it replies for the past 6 days.

I am still waiting to receive my order. What’s taking so long?

I bought 3 metal wall arts and they looked pretty good on their site. But upon delivery I noticed there was something different. The online pictures do not show the system how this is installed on the wall. In reality it does not look good at all and the quality is poor aswell. I decided to return the goods and had to deal with their poor customer service. They will not look at detail of your e-mail, instead they will send you an generic answer. Also watch out, you have to pay for your own return costs and they will also not pay back the full amount, they will deduct their own shipping costs. In short: the quality is disappointing and the customer service does not think of a solution. The site shows better quality than the product itself.
