Poor! Shame there isn't a -* option. I ordered the Four Elements Wall Art. Order arrived incorrect - 2 of the same elements. Contacted the company and they kindly said they would rectify the problem and send the correct Element. This was A YEAR AGO!! I have now had an Invoice for immediate payment from CONTROL ACCOUNT for £87.04! FOR FedEx shipping? ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. SHIPPING SAYS 'FREE' PLUS NORTHSHIRE MADE THE ERROR IN THE ORDER IN THE BEGINNING. I would like recompense for this or at least the courtesy of an explanation for your appalling customer service.

3 weeks later and still no package. I ordered on the 30th last month. And had to chase them up just to despatch order After 1week. Very hard to contact customer support and only receive silly generic responses. As of now i 3weeks later i still have nothing, dpd website shows last update over a week ago. Absolutely poor service from despatch to customer service. You state fast delivery but that it completely false

I purchased a piece of wall art. I did not care for the quality of the item once I received it. Per the instructions, I sent back at my own expense to the indicated address, in the original packaging. It was delivered on the 28th of January, according to the UPS tracking number. Despite calling and emailing numerous times, I received no response or refund. I had to file a claim with my credit card company. I have not yet received my 269.00 refund.

I was sent the wrong item. Was told to send picture of item that I received, however cannot find anywhere to contact or upload picture.

Total runaround with my order. I continue to get lame emails saying how sorry they are about my order #25538 and that I will get a on expedited tracking number and shipment ‘in a couple of hours ‘ then their automated bots still ask me to review service about merchandise I haven’t received. I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund

Ordered a piece for a Christmas gift and never received it. The phone number listed appears to be a cell phone with no voicemail and no one answers after repeated attempts. I emailed multiple times with no response. They have taken my money via credit card payment and I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back! How are they still in business?

Schlechtester Service ever!!! FINGER WEG!!! Auf den tollen Fotos wird leider nicht gezeigt, wie die Aufhängung an der Vorderseite aussieht. An der Vorderseite ist der Schraubenkopf zu sehen, da die Abstandshalter nicht hinten angeschweißt sind, sondern einfach durchgeschraubt wurden. Dies war für uns nicht akzeptabel und daher baten wir um Rückabwicklung des Kaufs. Nun mussten wir zuerst die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen, da Northshire die Reklamation nicht akzeptierte. Zu guter Letzt wurde nicht einmal der volle Betrag zurückerstattet, da Versandkosten einbehalten wurden. Diese sind aber weder bei der Bestellung genannt worden noch scheinen diese bei der Bestellbestätigung auf. Dort wird der Versand mit €0,00 vermerkt. Und dann fast €12 einbehalten empfinde ich als absolute Unverschämtheit. FRECHHEIT!!!
